Mint mustard

Measure Ingredient
6 tablespoons Chopped fresh mint
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
¾ cup Dijon mustard
1 \N Clove Garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice

In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Store in jar or container with tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate until ready to use.
