Turkey chow mein casserole

Ingredients

1canCondensed chicken broth; (10 3/4 oz.)
½cupBisquick baking mix
2cupsCut-up cooked turkey
cupBlanched whole almonds
1canChow mein vegetables; drained (16 oz.)
1canMushroom stems and pieces; drained (4 oz.)
1Jar sliced pimientos; drained (2 oz.)
1cupChow mein noodles

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Gradually stir broth into baking mix in ungreased 1½ quart casserole.

(Mixture will be slightly lumpy.) Stir in remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles.

Bake uncovered until thick and bubbly, about 40 minutes.

Sprinkle with chow mein noodles; bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.

Let stand uncovered 5 minutes before serving.

Makes 5 or 6 servings.
