Quick caramel frosting

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Butter
½ cup Brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons Milk
1 cup Confectioners sugar

Melt butter; add brown sugar and cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and continue, stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Remove form heat and cool. Add confectioners sugar until right consistency is achieved. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 05-10-95
