Quick and easy strawberry ice cream

500gramsRipe strawberries
1tablespoonLemon juice
200millilitresDouble cream
150millilitresMild natural yoghurt
200gramsHeather honey
50millilitresRed wine

Directions

Place strawberries, honey, lemon juice, red wine into a food processor.

Pour contents into a fine sieve and pass through to remove the seeds.

Lightly whip the double cream then add to the yoghurt.

Add the strawberry mix to the cream and fold in.

Place into a sterile, freezer-proof container and freeze.
