14ouncesSweetened condensed milk

2dropsRed food coloring; to 4, opt

Directions

Recipe by: Mable & Gar Hoffman's Ice Cream Puree the berries in a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade. In a large bowl, combine the pureed berries, sugar, lemon juice, condesed milk, milk and food coloring, if desired. Pour into an ice cream canister and freeze according to the manufacturer's directions. Makes about 1 quart. Penny Halsey (ATBN65B).
