Quick and easy pumpkin bread

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Loaf (doubling yields one loaf and a dozen muffins)
1½ cup Sugar
1⅔ cup Flour
¼ teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
¾ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Ground cloves
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup Vegetable oil
½ cup Water
1 cup Mashed pumpkin
2 \N Eggs
½ cup Nuts, optional

Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour batter into buttered and floured loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350.
