¾teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonGround cloves
½teaspoonNutmeg

½cupVegetable oil
½cupWater
1cupMashed pumpkin
2Eggs
½cupNuts, optional

Directions

Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour batter into buttered and floured loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350.
