Pureed tomato salsa cruda

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Italian Roma tomatoes, cored and, cut into quarters
2 \N Serrano chiles, stemmed, seeded if desired, and sliced
1 \N Lime, Juice of
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Yield: ¾ cup
