Pureed tomato salsa cruda

4Italian Roma tomatoes, cored and, cut into quarters
2Serrano chiles, stemmed, seeded if desired, and sliced
1Lime, Juice of
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonFreshly ground pepper

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Yield: ¾ cup
