Pumped up popcorn

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Vegetable oil
8 \N Med. cloves garlic; minced
2¼ teaspoon Chili powder
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper; (scant)
4 ounces Bag plain popcorn
\N \N Kosher salt


Place oil, smashed, peeled and minced garlic, chili powder and cayenne in a small saucepan over very low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for five minutes. Place popcorn in a large bowl. Pour the spice mixture over and toss to coat. Hands work best for this. Season with salt to taste and serve. (Compliments of My Little Black Box)
