Prune-apricot compote

cupFrozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate
2Sticks orange zest -or-
½Orange sliced; quartered
½Lemon
2tablespoonsBrandy (optional)

Directions

From: elayne@... (Elayne Cohen) Date: Wed, 17 Jul 1996 21:34:29 GMT Mix all ingredients in a 3-quart glass casserole. Cover and microwave on high for 15 minutes or until prunes and apricots are plumped and soft.

Cover and refrigerate to chill before serving.
