Prune-apricot compote

| 5 | cups | Water |
| ⅓ | cup | Frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate |
| 2 | Sticks orange zest -or- | |
| ½ | Orange sliced; quartered | |
| ½ | Lemon | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Brandy (optional) |
Directions
From: elayne@... (Elayne Cohen) Date: Wed, 17 Jul 1996 21:34:29 GMT Mix all ingredients in a 3-quart glass casserole. Cover and microwave on high for 15 minutes or until prunes and apricots are plumped and soft.
Cover and refrigerate to chill before serving.
