Prune butter for baking

cup Pitted prunes
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Light corn syrup
2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Combine prunes, 1 sugar, and corn syrup in a food processor; process 5 seconds.

With processor on, slowly add water through food chute; process until mixture is smooth, scraping sides of bowl frequently.
