|2 cups||Frozen juice, dole pineapple, orange, banana, etc.|
|2 \N||Bananas (black spots on skin) peeled and frozen in freezer (the longer in freezer the sweeter)|
|½ \N||Cantalope (seeded)|
|1 \N||Kiwi (peeled)|
Put juice in blender / break banana's into blender(two inch pcs) add keewie. blend on high untill smooth and frothy! Add: 4 to 5 scoops of mlo(brand name) all vegitable Protien . reblend on high for 1 minute.
