2 | Bananas (black spots on skin) peeled and frozen in freezer (the longer in freezer the sweeter) | |

Directions
Put juice in blender / break banana's into blender(two inch pcs) add keewie. blend on high untill smooth and frothy! Add: 4 to 5 scoops of mlo(brand name) all vegitable Protien . reblend on high for 1 minute.
