Strawberry soy shake

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Vanilla soy milk
5 ounces Silken tofu; firm, chilled and cubed
2 cups Frozen or fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons Honey
½ teaspoon Vanilla
