Praline sweet potatoes

| 4 | cups | Sweet potatoes or yams; (mashed) |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Vanilla |
| 4 | Beaten eggs | |
| ½ | pint | Heavy whipping cream |
| 1 | Stick butter | |
| 1 | cup | Brown sugar |
| ½ | cup | Flour |
| Pecans; (about 1 - 1 1/2 cups) chopped | ||
Directions
TOPPING
Mix ingredients above well. Spread evenly in buttered casserole dish.
Topping: Mix these ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture and bake in 350 degree oven until warmed (topping should be a little bit bubbly)
