Praline sweet potatoes

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Sweet potatoes or yams; (mashed)
½ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Vanilla
4 \N Beaten eggs
½ pint Heavy whipping cream
1 \N Stick butter
1 cup Brown sugar
½ cup Flour
\N \N Pecans; (about 1 - 1 1/2 cups) chopped

TOPPING

Mix ingredients above well. Spread evenly in buttered casserole dish.

Topping: Mix these ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture and bake in 350 degree oven until warmed (topping should be a little bit bubbly)
