Ingredients

10Cloves of Garlic
5tablespoonsItalian parsley chopped
(cilantro)

1dashBlack Pepper
½cupOlive oil
1cupTomatos with juice
1teaspoonTomato paste or catsup
1cupWater (as needed)

Directions

Cook in pressure cooker. Cook for 10 minutes at pressure, remove from heat then let pressure fall by itself. Cook without lid for an additional 5 minutes, or until liquid has a light sauce texture (not watery).
