Ingredients

450grams1 lb potatoes scrubbed and
Chopped into small pieces.
1Cauliflower chopped into
smallFlorets.
10millilitres2 tsp oil
5millilitres1 tsp turmeric.
25millilitres0,5 tsp cumin seeds.
Ground black pepper.
100grams3,5 oz mushrooms.

Directions

Par-boil the potatoes for 5 minutes, then add the cauliflower and cook for a further 4 minutes. Drain. Heat oil in a wok and then add the spices. Cook for about one minute and then add the vegetables.

Cook for 5 minutes or so until the vegetables are tender.
