Indian potatoes.

Measure Ingredient
450 grams 1 lb potatoes scrubbed and
\N \N Chopped into small pieces.
1 \N Cauliflower chopped into
\N small Florets.
10 millilitres 2 tsp oil
5 millilitres 1 tsp turmeric.
25 millilitres 0,5 tsp cumin seeds.
\N \N Ground black pepper.
100 grams 3,5 oz mushrooms.

Par-boil the potatoes for 5 minutes, then add the cauliflower and cook for a further 4 minutes. Drain. Heat oil in a wok and then add the spices. Cook for about one minute and then add the vegetables.

Cook for 5 minutes or so until the vegetables are tender.
