| 10 | millilitres | 2 tsp oil |
| 5 | millilitres | 1 tsp turmeric. |
| 25 | millilitres | 0,5 tsp cumin seeds. |
| Ground black pepper. | ||
| 100 | grams | 3,5 oz mushrooms. |
Directions
Par-boil the potatoes for 5 minutes, then add the cauliflower and cook for a further 4 minutes. Drain. Heat oil in a wok and then add the spices. Cook for about one minute and then add the vegetables.
Cook for 5 minutes or so until the vegetables are tender.
