Measure | Ingredient |

1 \N | Clove of garlic, crushed |
¼ teaspoon | Caraway seeds |
4 pounds | Potatoes, peeled and sliced thin. |
2 \N | Green peppers, seeded and cut into strips |
2 \N | Onions, finely chopped 2 cups of water |
1 teaspoon | Paprika |
4 \N | Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped Salt (you can vary the amount to your taste.) |
1 In a heavy-bottomed casserole, heat the oil and fry the onions and garlic. 2 Add the caraway seeds, paprika, and water. 3 Add the potatoes, peppers, and tomatoes. 4 Simmer for thirty minutes.
Difficulty: easy. Time: 15 minutes preparation, 30 minutes cooking.
Precision: no need to measure.
