Potato paprikash

Ingredients

2Onions, finely chopped
1Garlic clove, crushed
¼teaspoonCaraway seeds
1teaspoonPaprika
1cupWater (up to 2 C)
Salt to taste
4poundsPotatoes, peeled and sliced thin
2Green peppers, seeded and cut into strips
4Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped

Directions

In a heavy-bottomed casserole, heat the oil and fry the onions and garlic. Add the caraway seeds, paprika and water. Add the potatoes, peppers and tomatoes. Simmer for thirty minutes.

NOTES:
