½smallOnion; sliced
½teaspoonSalt
¼cupFlour
¼teaspoonBaking powder
cupRaw potatoes; diced

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and process at high speed until completely chopped watery. Drop by tablespoon on hot, greased griddle.
