Potato basque soup

2cans(16oz each) tomatoes
4White potatoes; pared and diced, (6 C)
¼cupChopped parsley
1cupDiagonally sliced celery
2tablespoonsChopped celery leaves
cupWater
2Beef bouillion cubes
1Bay leaf
1tablespoonSalt
½teaspoonDried leaf thyme
¼teaspoonPepper
1tablespoonLemon juice

Directions
