Port wine and raspberry sauce

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Fresh raspberries
1½ cup Nonfat yogurt
¼ cup Port wine
2 tablespoons Sugar (optional)

In a food processor, blend all the ingredients until very smooth.

Strain, if necessary.

Yield: 2½ cups
