Pork and rice casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Sausage
5 Sausage links with soy protein concentrate
½ cup Celery; chopped
½ cup Onion; chopped
½ cup Green pepper; chopped
½ cup Raw rice
1 can (small) chicken broth
2 tablespoons Soy oil

Brown sausage; saut‚ onion, celery and bell pepper in oil. Add rice and broth. Put into casserole and bake 45 minutes.
