Poppy seed fruit sauce

Yield: 5 servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Lemon flavored low-fat yogurt
½ cup Fat-free salad dressing; such as miracle whip or mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Skim milk
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate. Serve over fresh fruit.
