Pop over pizza

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground chuck
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Finely chopped onion
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 can (15-ounce) tomato sauce
1 cup Shredded Amnerican cheese
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 Eggs
1 dash Salt
1 cup Milk

Brown together chuck and onion; drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons flour, Italian seasoning, dash of salt, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Simmer a few minutes, stirring occassionally. Spread in a greased 9 X 13 inch pan. Sprinkle American and mozzarella cheese over meat.

With mixer, beat together eggs, milk, oil, flour and salt until smooth.
