¼cupDark vinegar

1eachOnion, large, Wedge cut
1cupCorn oil
3tablespoonsSoy sauce
2tablespoonsFrench's prepared mustard
1teaspoonGarlic salt
1teaspoonCoarse ground black pepper

Directions

Combine everything. Submerge steaks in it for 24 hours refrigerated and covered. Drain Well and broil as usual.
