|\N \N||Meat tenderizer|
|\N \N||Italian salad dressing|
|1 \N||Onion; sliced thin|
Place steaks in large bowl. Sprinkle with tenderizer. Add enough dressing to cover meat. Add onion. Cover tightly and marinate overnight. Remove meat and grill over charcoal until doneness desires. (The marinade tenderizes the venison and eliminates wild taste. People who dislike venison will ask for second helpings!)
