Perini ranch steak rub

Ingredients

2tablespoonsCorn Starch or flour
2teaspoonsSalt
2tablespoonsCoarse Ground Pepper
½teaspoonOregano
½teaspoonLemon Pepper
4teaspoonsGarlic Powder
4teaspoonsOnion powder
1teaspoonPaprika
1teaspoonBeef Stock Base
(granulated)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Either sprinkle or rub into meat. Allow to sit in refrigerator at least 15 minutes before cooking. Place steaks on hot coals (mesquite is best). Baste with butter or margarine while grilling (optional). Cook 10-15 minutes each side for medium rare.
