Polonaise butter

Ingredients

½ cup Dry bread crumbs
4 Fluid ounces meuniere
Butter -- See Recipe
2 Hard-boiled eggs -- chopped
Fine
Salt and pepper -- to taste

Directions

Brown the bread crumbs slightly in the butter. Add the eggs and season with salt and pepper if needed. Pour over vegetables or pasta.
