|2 pounds||Beef round steak|
|2 tablespoons||Cooking oil|
|1 medium||Onion; slice|
|\N \N||Separated into rings|
|8 ounces||Tomato sauce|
|8 ounces||Pizza sauce|
|½ teaspoon||Dried oregano; crushed|
|\N \N||Hot cooked spaghetti|
Trim excess fat from steak; cut steak into 6 equal pieces. Stir together flour, salt, and pepper; coat meat pieces with flour mixture. Pound each piece of steak to ½ inch thickness using meat mallet. In skillet brown meat in hot cooking oil; drain off fat. Place onion in crockery cooker.
Place meat atop. Stir together tomato sauce, pizza sauce, water, sugar and oregano; pour over meat.
