2 cups | Pizza sauce, homemade or commercial |
1 cup | Slice pepperoni |
1 cup | Slice red pepper strips |
2 cups | Mozzarella cheese, grated and divided |

Mix together all ingredients, saving about ½ cup grated mozzarella for spinkling on top. Spoon into a greased round shallow casserole and sprinkle on the ½ cup mozzarella cheese.
