Pizza style pasta

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Cooked rotini, drained
2 cups Pizza sauce, homemade or commercial
1 cup Slice pepperoni
1 cup Slice red pepper strips
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated and divided

PREP TIME: 20 MIN

COOK TIME: 20 MIN

Mix together all ingredients, saving about ½ cup grated mozzarella for spinkling on top. Spoon into a greased round shallow casserole and sprinkle on the ½ cup mozzarella cheese. Bake in a 350F oven for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown slightly. Makes 8 servings. Origin: What's Cooking, 13th issue, booklet put out by Kraft.
