|1 cup||Luke warm water|
|1 tablespoon||Olive oil|
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine 2¾ cups flour and the salt. Stir yeast mixture and oil into flour mix until a dough forms. On a lightly floured board, knead dough about 10 minutes, working in up to ½ cup more flour, until dough is no longer sticky. Put dough in a well oiled bowl, cover and let rise for about 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
