Pizza by the yard

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Ground beef; browned and drained | 
| ⅓ | cup | Parmesan cheese; grated | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced onion; instant | 
| ¼ | cup | Black olives; chopped | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Oregano | 
| 1 | dash | Pepper | 
| 6 | ounces | Tomato paste | 
| 1 | Loaf French bread | |
| 2 | mediums | Tomatoes; sliced | 
| 1 | cup | Cheddar cheese; grated | 
Directions
Preheat broiler. Combine cooked ground beef, parmesan cheese, onion, olives, salt, oregano, pepper and tomato paste in bowl; mix well. Split french bread lengthwise. Spread half of meat mixture on cut side of each bread half. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Transfer to broiler pan. Broil for approximately 5 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. 
NOTES : I add the tomatoes AFTER broiling.
