Pitts peanut butter cookies

Yield: 1 batch

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Peanut butter
1 cup Sugar; brown or white
1 each Egg

Mix well, form into balls on lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 350 until edges are brown.

There is no flour in this recipe. It sounds like you'd have a dreadful mess, but the result is an excellent peanut butter cookie.
