Pineapple sour cream pie

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| ¼ | cup | All-purpose flour |
| 1 | pinch | Salt |
| 1 | can | (no. 2) crushed pineapple |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| 2 | Egg yolks | |
| 2 | Egg whites | |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Sugar |
Directions
Combine first three ingredients; add pineapple, sour cream and lemon juice.
Cook until thick. Add egg yolks and cook some more. Let cool and pour into a baked pie shell. Beat egg whites stiff aod add sugar. Spread on pie and bake until meringue is brown.
