Pineapple with sour cream

| 2 | cans | (13.5-oz) pineapple chunks; drained |
| ¾ | cup | Dairy sour cream |
| ¼ | cup | Maple syrup |
| Light brown sugar | ||
Directions
Place pineapple in 6 small dessert dishes. In a small bowl, combine sour cream with maple syrup until well blended. Spoon over the pineapple in the dessert bowls. Refrigerate until well chilled -- at least 1 hour. Just before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar.
