Pineapple salsa 1

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Pineapple -- diced
1 cup Red bell pepper -- diced
½ cup Cilantro -- chopped
¼ cup Purple onions -- diced
2 tablespoons Jalapeno pepper -- minced
1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive oil
¼ teaspoon Ground pepper -- fresh
Ground
1 Clove garlic -- crushed

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes
