Pineapple ice cream^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 larges Bananas
1 can (8oz) crushed unsweetened
Pineapple, drained
1 tablespoon Nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon Coconut extract

Directions

Peel and wrap banana in plastic wrap. Place pineapple in a plastic container. Freeze both 24 hours. Remove and let soften a few minutes.

Combine all ingredients in blender nad blend until smooth. Pour into 4 dessert glasses and serve immediately.
