Honey-curry glazed pineapple

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Pineapple; peeled and cut into
\N \N ; 2-inch chunks
¼ cup Honey
1 tablespoon Curry powder
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
¼ cup Light brown sugar
¼ cup Grand marnier; (orange-flavored
\N \N ; liqueur)

1. Preheat oven to 500›.

2. Combine the pineapple chunks, honey, curry, and vanilla in a bowl; toss well. Arrange on a baking sheet. Bake at 500› for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Grand Marnier. Ignite pineapple with a long match, and let flames die down.
