Pineapple coffee cake

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Quick coffee cake recipe
½ cup Flour
⅓ cup Brown sugar -- packed
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
¼ cup Butter or margarine
1 cup Pineapple tidbits*

*Drained and cut in half. Spread Quick Coffee Cake batter into a 9 by 9 by 2-inch pan, bottom rubbed with shortening. Make topping by combining flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Spread pineapple over batter. Sprinkle topping over pineapple. Bake in a 400 F. oven about 25 minutes. Yield: One 9-inch square cake, about 9 servings Recipe By :
