Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 1 | cup | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Shortening (up to) |
| 3 | tablespoons | Cold water |
Directions
Mix flour & salt together. Cut in shortening to size of peas. Sprinkle in water while mixing with a fork. Add enough water to hold dough together when pressed. Roll out on lightly floured surface & press into pie pans.
Yields two 9-inch pie shells.
