Pickled mushrooms #2

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 carton (12-oz) fresh mushrooms
¾ cup Oil
¼ cup Wine vinegar
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
5 \N Cloves garlic
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Paprika
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 dash Red pepper
1 dash Tabasco
1 dash Basil leaves

Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels. Mix all ingredients together in a large air-tight container or ziplock bag and marinate overnight. Serves: 10 to 12.
