Measure | Ingredient |

1 carton | (12-oz) fresh mushrooms |
¾ cup | Oil |
¼ cup | Wine vinegar |
½ cup | Worcestershire sauce |
½ teaspoon | Dry mustard |
5 \N | Cloves garlic |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
½ teaspoon | Paprika |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
1 dash | Red pepper |
1 dash | Tabasco |
1 dash | Basil leaves |
Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels. Mix all ingredients together in a large air-tight container or ziplock bag and marinate overnight. Serves: 10 to 12.
