Pickled mushrooms #1

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Red wine vingar
⅓ cup Salad oil
1 small Onion; sliced, separate into rings
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 \N Jar (12-oz) mushrooms; drained

Bring all ingredients except mushrooms to a boil. Add mushrooms and simmer 5-6 minutes. Refrigerate several hours in a covered container.
