Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup | Salad oil |
| 1 | small | Onion; sliced, separate into rings |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dried parsley flakes |
| 1 | teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
| 1 | tablespoon | Brown sugar |
| 1 | Jar (12-oz) mushrooms; drained | |
Directions
Bring all ingredients except mushrooms to a boil. Add mushrooms and simmer 5-6 minutes. Refrigerate several hours in a covered container.
