cupSalad oil
1smallOnion; sliced, separate into rings
1teaspoonSalt
2teaspoonsDried parsley flakes
1teaspoonPrepared mustard
1tablespoonBrown sugar
1Jar (12-oz) mushrooms; drained

Directions

Bring all ingredients except mushrooms to a boil. Add mushrooms and simmer 5-6 minutes. Refrigerate several hours in a covered container.
