1 tablespoon | Vanilla extract; |
3 cups | Flour; |
2 tablespoons | Baking powder; |
2 teaspoons | Butter; melted |
2 \N | Whole bananas; ripe chopped |
In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and sugar. Mix well. Add vinilla extract, flour, baking powder, melted butter and bananas. Mix well.
Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake on hot grill and pan. When done.
