| 1 | large | Onion; chopped |
| 4 | mediums | Potatoes; sliced |
| 4 | Green peppers; chopped | |
| Salt to taste | ||
| ½ | teaspoon | Caraway seed |
Directions
Cut bacon into large strips, add onion. Saute until clear. Add potatoes, cook for 3 minutes. Add green peppers and seasoning. Cook until potatoes are soft. Garnish with chopped parsley.
NOTE: Ground beef may be used with the bacon.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
