Pepperoni-pizza sourdough bread

2cupsBread flour; or all-purpose
½cupMozzarella cheese; shredded
cupPepperoni sausage; finely chopped
2teaspoonsSugar
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonDried oregano; crushed
(double for fresh oregano)
1 1/2 pound: active dry yeast 1 tsp.

Directions

Sourdough starter 1¼ cups milk or water 2 Tbs.

tomato paste 3 Tbs.

cooking oil 1 Tbs.

bread or all purpose flou 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded ¾ cup pepperoni, finely chopped ½ cup sugar 1 Tbs.

salt ¾ tsp.

dried oregano, crushed ¾ tsp.

(double for fresh)

Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturers directions. Crust to medium or lighter.
