Green pepper relish

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
24 larges Pepper, chopped
12 mediums Onion,chopped
Cover with boiling water let stand for
5 minutes and then drain
2 cups Vinegar
2 cups Sugar
3 teaspoons Salt

Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt and add to the pepper mixture and boil 5 minutes. Put into jars. If using smaller peppers use 3-4 to one onion Recipe By: Terry Pogue
