Green pepper relish

24 | larges | Pepper, chopped |
12 | mediums | Onion,chopped |
Cover with boiling water let stand for | ||
5 minutes and then drain | ||
2 | cups | Vinegar |
2 | cups | Sugar |
3 | teaspoons | Salt |
Directions
Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt and add to the pepper mixture and boil 5 minutes. Put into jars. If using smaller peppers use 3-4 to one onion Recipe By: Terry Pogue
