Green pepper relish

| 24 | larges | Pepper, chopped | 
| 12 | mediums | Onion,chopped | 
| Cover with boiling water let stand for | ||
| 5 minutes and then drain | ||
| 2 | cups | Vinegar | 
| 2 | cups | Sugar | 
| 3 | teaspoons | Salt | 
Directions
Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt and add to the pepper mixture and boil 5 minutes. Put into jars. If using smaller peppers use 3-4 to one onion Recipe By: Terry Pogue
