Pecan pie bars #1

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup Flour
2 \N Sticks butter; cut in pieces
½ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
4 \N Eggs; beaten
1½ cup Corn syrup
1½ cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Butter; softened
1½ teaspoon Vanilla
2½ cup Pecans

Mix flour, butter, sugar and salt until mixture is in fine crumbs. Press into a large casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix remainder of ingredients, except pecans. Stir in pecans. Spread in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely. Cut in bars.
