Chocolate pecan pie bars

Yield: 36 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup All-purpose flour
½ cup Butter, softened
¼ cup Firmly packed brown sugar
3 \N Eggs
¾ cup Dark or light corn syrup
¾ cup Granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1½ cup Coarsely chopped pecans
1 pack NESTLE Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels (12 oz)

CRUST

FILLING

CRUST: Preheat oven to 350'F. In small mixer bowl, beat flour, ½ cup butter and brown sugar until crumbly. Press into greased 13x9" baking pan. Bake 12-15 minutes until lightly browned.

FILLING: In medium bowl with wire whisk, beat eggs, corn syrup, granulated sugar, melted butter and vanilla extract. Stir in pecans and Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels. Pour evenly over baked crust.

Bake 25-30 minutes until set. Cool; cut into 2x1½" bars.

Makes about 3 dozen bars.
