Peas and peanut slaw

Ingredients

10ouncesFrozen peas;
2cupsCabbage; finely shredded
1Green onions; thinly sliced
½cupSlaw dressing; (purchased homemade)
¼teaspoonSalt;
1dashPepper;
¼teaspoonCurry powder;
1teaspoonPrepared mustard;
1teaspoonWhite-wine vinegar;
¾cupSalted peanuts;

Directions

Place peas in colander and run hot water over them until thawed. Drain well. In a large bowl, combine peas, cabbage and onion. In a large bowl, combine remaining slaw dressing, salt, pepper, curry, mustard and vinegar. Blend dreesing into cabbage mixture and toss lightly.

Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Just before serving, pour peanuts on top of salad.
