Peas 'n' salmon loaf

Ingredients

| 2 | cans | Salmon,drained(15.5oz ea) |
| 2 | Eggs,beaten | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Onion,chopped |
| 2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Cracker crumbs,fine |
| 1 | can | Peas,drained(8.5oz) |
| ¼ | cup | Tomato catsup |
Directions
1. Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and cracker crumbs.
2. Carefully fold in peas.
3. Pack into a greased 1½-quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350'F. oven 30 minutes.
4. Spread loaf with catsup; bake 5 minutes longer.
